One of the perks of being a #FoodFinder is finding the bestest “food” in the Metro. Last March 15, the #FoodFindsAsia team was privileged to be invited to the “Chef Jessie Ice Cream Promotion with Carmen’s Best” held at Chef Jessie Rockwell Club, Makati City.
Carmen’s Best Ice Cream is homemade artisinal ice cream made from the old-fashioned way which means, no water, no additives, no mass-producing, all craftsmanship known for its dense, rich, and creamy ice cream that uses 100% cow’s milk fresh from their own dairy farm.

He’s Not Worth It – Mississippi mud pie inspired. Bitter as it may sound, but this will truly capture anyone for it has a rich dark chocolatey ice cream base, infused with oreo cookies, pecan, walnuts and swirls of thick caramel fudge.
Malted Milk – Made with Horlicks and Maltesers, this chocolatey combo will bring you back to the carefree days of childhood. One of Carmen’s Best original flavors.
Brown Butter Almond Brittle – “Krokan” inspired ice cream, a famous Scandinavian (Norwegian) dessert known by caramelizing sugar mixed with butter and almonds. A rich browned butter ice cream and salty crunchy almonds.
Rocky Road – This rich chocolate ice cream, loaded with marshmallows and nuts is one of Paco Magsaysay’s favorite flavors.
Butter Pecan – A generous sprinkling of lightly roasted pecans and freshly churned butter from our own dairy farm make this an unforgettable combination.
And to make summertime a fun time, renowned Chef Jessie Sincioco concocted a refreshing desert to beat the scorching heat of the sun. Inspired to create a two-word name for her dessert, Chef Jessie finalized her listing while taking a shower.

Check out these indulgences she prepared and I tell you, I almost forgot my name after devouring myself.

Take note that it will only be available this April, so hurry now and visit Chef Jessie Rockwell Club is located at the Ground Level, Amorsolo Square, Amorsolo Drive
